From the North

Travel Southbound on I-270
Take Exit 4A Montrose Road heading East
Turn LEFT at the first light onto Tower Oaks Boulevard
Take your second RIGHT into Tower Oaks Professional Park
Drive to the last building on the LEFT, 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard
Park in the visitor parking or any unmarked space
Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 4th Floor

From the South and I-495

Join I-270 North from either the outer or inner loop of 495
Take Exit 4A Montrose Road East
Once on the Exit bear LEFT, follow the signs for Tower Oaks Blvd, and enter the tunnel
Turn RIGHT at the traffic light onto Tower Oaks Boulevard
Take your first LEFT into Tower Oaks Professional Park
Drive to the last building on the LEFT, 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard
Park in the visitor parking or any unmarked space
Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 4th Floor

From the East NOT using the highway

Take Randolph Rd Westbound to Josiah Henson Pkwy (formerly Montrose Pkwy) to Montrose Rd toward I-270
Turn RIGHT at the final light prior to I-270, onto Tower Oaks Boulevard
Take your second RIGHT into Tower Oaks Professional Park
Drive to the last building on the LEFT, 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard
Park in the visitor parking or any unmarked space
Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 4^th Floor

From the West NOT using the highway

Take Montrose RD Eastbound toward I-270
Cross over I-270 and turn LEFT at the first light onto Tower Oaks Boulevard
Take your second RIGHT into Tower Oaks Professional Park
Drive to the last building on the LEFT, 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard
Park in the visitor parking or any unmarked space
Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 4^th Floor

From the North Not Using the Highway:

From Wootton Parkway TURN South onto Tower Oaks Blvd
Pass the Exit which leads to I-270 North
Take your first LEFT into Tower Oaks Professional Park
Drive to the last building on the LEFT, 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard
Park in the visitor parking or any unmarked space
Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 4th Floor

Tower Oaks Testing is accessible via public transportation. Ride-On bus 81 stops just outside the office park on weekdays, and can get you from the White Flint or Rockville Metro to Tower Oaks Testing and back again.
